The Grandview Hop is Grandview’s community night market / street festival series. Once a month from June through September, we invite the community to our OPEN STREET Night Market along Grandview Avenue. We close Grandview Avenue for pedestrians only from 1st to 5th Avenue (a half-mile!) for the community to enjoy an open-air market featuring more than 200 pop-up shops and food trucks, along with live music, charity beer garden, activities, and more. In addition, the Hop offers a “Community Stroll” that extends all along Grandview Avenue from 1st Avenue up to 5th Avenue (including several side streets) to encourage attendees to explore more than 50 local brick-and-mortar businesses, restaurants and boutiques, many of whom offer shopping deals and late night specials!

The Hop takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. once a month along Grandview Avenue between 1st and 5th Avenues, with our popular open street night market featuring live music, food trucks, a charity beer garden and more. For 2024, we are planning to expand the street closure of Grandview Ave all the way up to 5th Avenue, so stay tuned!!

Thousands of attendees join us during each event – which are free to attend and open to all ages (and leashed pets, too)!

What can you expect at The Hop?

Join the community along Grandview Avenue for a monthly night market series buzzing with live music, local shopping, awesome art, delicious food, and fun activities for all to enjoy once a month on Saturday nights in June, July, August, and September. You’ll find unexpected gifts like hand-crafted clothing and jewelry, handmade paper and leather goods, savory foods, funky accessories, home decor, and art galore. Food trucks, live entertainment, activities for kids (of all ages) and more!

The Grandview Hop is hosted monthly by the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club in partnership with the City of Grandview Heights, Destination Grandview, and a bunch of truly amazing community partners. It’s always free to attend. Join us!

The Grandview Hop has proudly raised more than $150,000 for local charities since 2015, including TriVillage Mentor League, Private School Pups, SEA Change/Festival for Good, Dress for Success, Habitat for Humanity MidOhio, Ronald McDonald Charities of Central Ohio, and more.
