Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at The Grandview Hop 2027 Summer Series!

The Grandview Hop is Grandview Avenue’s summertime night market, street festival, and open-street experience, held on the last Saturday of each month from June through September.

Each month, Grandview Avenue closes to vehicle traffic from W. First Avenue to W. Fifth Avenue, creating a half-mile pedestrian experience featuring 200+ local vendors, food trucks, live music and performances, nonprofit organizations, family activities, local art, community activations, giveaways, and more.

The Grandview Hop is produced by the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club in partnership with community, business, and municipal partners throughout Grandview Heights and Columbus.

Our goal is simple: bring people together, support local businesses and entrepreneurs, activate Grandview Avenue, and create a welcoming community experience that is free and open to everyone.

Thousands of attendees join us at each Hop throughout the summer.

An up-to-date event map can be viewed at www.grandviewhop.com/map

The Grandview Hop is divided into six Zones, each with an assigned Zone Captain and event staff support. Zones 1-3 are located between W. Third Avenue and W. Fifth Avenue in the City of Columbus. Zones 4-6 are located between W. First Avenue and W. Third Avenue in the City of Grandview Heights.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Your reservation for The Grandview Hop is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

By reserving a space, vendors agree to provide all items needed for their setup, including tents, tables, chairs, signage, displays, and required tent weights.

Electricity is NOT available.

Outdoor vendors using a 10' x 10' tent are responsible for properly securing and weighting their tent in accordance with event safety requirements.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate preferred placement requests; however, specific locations cannot be guaranteed and remain at the discretion of Grandview Hop organizers based on event layout, category mix, operational needs, safety, and surrounding businesses. Confirmed vendors will receive a Know Before You Go email prior to each event with their assigned location, vendor number, load-in instructions, parking information, and other event-day details.

PARKING

A combination of free and paid parking is available throughout the surrounding area. Because parking availability varies by Zone and event date, free parking cannot be guaranteed. Specific recommended parking and restricted areas will be communicated prior to each Hop.

WEATHER POLICY

The Grandview Hop takes place rain or shine. Vendors should plan accordingly and be prepared for typical summer weather conditions.

If weather conditions become unsafe, Grandview Hop organizers and public safety officials will determine whether event operations need to be delayed, modified, or discontinued.
